Hello! I hope all is well and I don't mean to be a bother; but the portrait you posted is not of Dolly Madison. That is Angelica Singleton Van Buren, wife of Abraham Van Buren and daughter-in-law to Martin Van Buren. She performed the duties of the First Lady of the Van Buren White House; notice her father-in-law's bust to her left. She, Dolly Madison, and Sarah Polk look somewhat similar in their portraits so they can be easy to confuse. Anyways, have a good one!
